Plug in your headphones, grab a coffee and find something to occupy your eyes, folks! Coming to you direct from sunny YouTube.com comes the most promising comedy webseries of the next three years! (At least, in the studio's opinion.) 'Zoolaplex', the retail radio series that has people laughing and nodding their heads in sobering agreement, is currently speeding through production! With a cast of highly talented voice actors and a script that will make you remember or remind you of all the horrible things that you went through in your last retail job, the show promises more laughs than that video of a guy in a pumpkin helmet dancing to 'Spooky Scary Skeletons'. Prepare your earholes for the first episode of this trailblazing new independently-made series, coming soon to a computer near you!
Now that we've got all the shameless advertisement out of the way, I made this thread to advertise my new webseries, 'Zoolaplex'. In the months after 'The Perfect Mortals' was initially released through KDP and Lightningsource last year, I found myself with a job writing rather than a hobby. So I turned to vocal artistry, specifically voice acting. But, amidst the tiny roles and the fun recordings, the writing crept its way into that too, and soon I had an entire episode of a comedy series written and ready to go. After a misadventure with several new VA friends in some dick's Skype studio, we decided to form No Studio In Particular to make 'Zoolaplex'. Now with a nearly complete 12-episode script for the first of an undetermined number of seasons.
I thought it best to start this thread because I'm not just writing books; none of us are just writers. We all have other interests and hobbies, and we shouldn't be expected to just stick to what we all have in common, being our work and our contracts. So I'm here to share with you, all of whom I consider to be my friends as well as colleagues, another facet of who I am and see if any of you want to contribute!
