My name is Frankie Stevens. I am a newly accepted author and, as you may assume, I am incredibly happy about this. I can't wait to hear from other authors/editors/anyone affiliated with this publishing house. I live on the outskirts of Boston, MA and I am currently in graduate school studying to be an archivist. I hope to get my fiction work out there and make at least some money off of it, although the money part is not the reason why I write. I've just had these ideas brewing in my mind and I would like to get them into a computer file sometime before I die, not that I'm very old or sick anything.
But enough about me. What about you guys?

Hello! Glad to meet you all. I'm the author of the Spirits & Shards saga. I live in Norwich in the UK, and am hosting an author event at the Millennium Library at the Forum on 5th September! Exciting times ahead! Sadly, writing does not yet pay the bills, so I have to hold down a night job, which leaves me in a permanent state of sleep-deprovation-malaise, which totally sucks. I dabble in art, but mostly concentrate on writing, due to a lack of time to hone said art skills.

Ade, I believe we all suffer from sleep deprivation. I get 4-6 hrs a night. (whether I need it or not)!
Frankie, concentrate on the love of writing. Money will come eventually, if you pour your heart and soul into it.

Thank you for the sentiment ^_^. I am trying to spend as little money as possible in trying to make this happen. If a Scottish single mother on welfare can publish a successful book, so can I.

And she did pretty well from what I heard. Oh wait, I helped her as well.

I meant that I put some money in her pocket buying the books. That's how I and millions of fans helped her. OH, wait, I bought movies too.

Howdy y'all! I'm also a newly accepted author, YAY! I was SO excited and inspired when I saw that email. It's so awesome to meet all of you My writing, alas, also doesn't pay the bills yet, but teeka teeka! That's Sri-Lankan for "little by little." I've only been seriously at it for a couple years and all of a sudden won a big Hugh Howey/Booktrack competition and then got accepted to GMTA! I'll take that as a sign to keep doing what I love I'd also love to connect with my fellow authors on FB or any other social site. I assume everyone is on FB? Gooble gobble gooble gobble...

Hi All, I am a newbie to GMTA publishing and the lovely Kitty. I live in New Zealand and it is so great to be part of this team. My first book that has just been published is Julie & Kishore. I am editing/polishing the sequel called Julie & Kishore - Take Two. I am also half way through a third book which I have called Nina's Art, which has many of the same characters but is a different story. I look forward to chatting with you all

It's great to see the authors here communicating with one another! I'm Ethan Gaines and I've been writing for as long as I can remember, loving every moment of it. I'm working on several Special Forces novels following a young man in the early-fifties and going on through the years. Some of it is totally made up (plot-wise) and some of it is based on historical happenstances. I hope to get in touch with several authors so this place kind of feels like a coffee break at work or something!

That would be great Ethan. Like the name. Checkout Starshot Chronicles: Royal Pains as to why. Hopefully, everyone will get on here and we can chat amongst each other.
